Our Jessie suite celebrates the vibrant colors of navy and yellow, reminiscent of a sunflower field symbolizing unwavering faith and unconditional love.
Decorated with thoughtful reminders of the owner’s grandmother, our Rachel suite is a clean, navy and white decor perfect for a relaxing and cozy atmosphere with an old fashioned and simplistic twist.

A lot of people ask how we got our name. The Bluebird Inn was born out of love from the owner’s grandmother and passion for her hometown. Having lost her grandmother at a young age, she always cherished a beautiful bluebird figurine passed down to her from Nana.
After a recent trip with girlfriends visiting a small town, the owner fell in love with the inviting charm and convenience of a boutique hotel in downtown.
She knew it was exactly what Elk City needed and had the perfect namesake to remember her Nana.

Found this little gem by accident passing through on our Route 66 trip! The rooms are amazingly comfy and adorably cute! Loved the modern decor of the Rachel room and bathroom. The simplicity of checking in, getting into the building and our room was great! I highly recommend staying here instead of any chain hotel! You won’t be disappointed! Thanks again!

What a unique place to stay! We needed a place to stay for the night while driving route 66 and happily found the Bluebird. Only has three rooms and our group reserved two. Both were comfortable and so well set up. There is also a welcoming front entry with a comfortable couch perfect for a good book. Will be saving the Bluebird in my favorite places.
Our goal is to offer travelers, local residents and their families an upscale, unique, comfortable place to stay. Within steps out the front door, you are walking distance to coffee shops and our downtown boutiques.
